Objective: This program is designed as to build and grow specific chest and shoulder physic. If you are stuck in a training plateau and haven't seen any develop in your chest and shoulder a volume program can help you to get through a plateau. Make sure you eat the right amount of protein and sleep for best results.
This program is recommended for intermediate to advanced that are used to work out several days per week and with a higher volume frequencies.
Warm up with light weight before you start adding heavy weight in your regular sets. (Those warm up sets doesn´t counts in the working sets that are in the program)

Make sure you take a few days for deload or decrease the number of training days after finish this program.
