How do I get started with VYIT?

Join the latest VYIT LIFE challenge program or try the Muscle & Demand program, which includes five training programs, meal planning, demonstrations, and more. The programs are available through the VYIT LIFE mobile app on iOS and Android.

Are VYIT programs suitable for all fitness levels?

Answer:

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our training programs are uniquely designed based on extensive experience and data. Our approach prioritizes the human at the center. You'll get two to three training programs in one challenge.

Can I track my progress on the app?

Answer:

Absolutely! The VYIT LIFE mobile app offers several options for tracking. Our human-in-the-center approach also includes a human coach support team. For exercise tracking, you'll have a calendar and workout day logs, including timers, a comments feature, prepopulated stats, and more. There's also one-on-one online personal or nutrition training.
