The Pull-Up Program is a five-day-per-week workout plan that progresses every other week. For this challenge, we are going to build up strength in your whole body, but most of all, the upper body, and aim for that V-shape.
This program includes a Pre-Pull-Up Progression workout that you will do at least three times per week.
By the end of this challenge, you should be able to perform a body-weighted pull-up.
The Leg/Glute Strength Program is a four-day-per-week workout plan designed to build strength and power in the lower body.
For nice symmetry, we will not forget about the upper body.
The Get Fit at Home Program is a 5-day-per-week workout plan that progresses after 4 weeks.
Of course, you can get fit at home with minimum equipment; you just need the right program!
You will train all muscle groups three times per week, with 2 upper body, 2 lower body, and 1 full body day. All you need is dumbbells, but a bench, resistance band, and stability ball are great to have.
The included personal calculated meal plan will help you lean out, burn fat, or build muscle mass throughout the program.
In this challenge, you'll have access to three training programs.

This is a one-time program and not a subscription.
You'll access one eight-week muscle-and-sculpting training routine and program in a training-and-nutrition mobile app through the VYIT LIFE platform (in Apple or Android), where you can connect your Apple Health, Garmin, and other fitness apps and devices.
Access to detailed exercises and recipe cooking demonstrations. Log your workouts in real-time. Monitor your fitness data.
You'll be added to group training to share your progress and experience with others.
