1. The Summer Edition Main Program
Designed to optimize progression with a 5-day training split focused on strength, hypertrophy, and pump techniques – including focused leg workouts and mobility.

🏋️2. The Summer Edition Full Body Program
Perfect for women over 50, or anyone who prefers 3-day total body workouts with emphasis on recovery, mobility, and body transformation. Includes strength, cardio, and core work – all built into a balanced plan.

Both options are structured, effective, and rival the quality of many free fitness plans – but with personal support, accountability, and customization.


Each program is designed to help you achieve your goals, whether to build strength or lean out for a toned, sculpted physique. We offer two body transformation workout programs, an individual meal plan for your goals, and access to three coaches.


This is a one-time program and not a subscription.

 

When you get started, you’ll submit your before photos, measurements, and goals to the VYIT coach team, and a recommendation will be made. Before videos are encourages and can be emailed to VYIT support or maintained in your person library for your own tracking.
