It's the season were motivation drops and the comfort eating takes off. This is how you gonna do it!

How the hell do you find your motivation now that it's getting dark and cold. All you want is to wrap your body in big warm sweaters.


Finding the motivation to maintain your results and a healthy and fit body is challenging, especially with our climate here in Sweden when the motivation to show off your body on the beach is not longer needed.


The secret to successfully maintaining a sustainable lifestyle year-round is that you have to find your why for your own sake and no one else's. Focusing on your own health and well-being is the best motivation you can give yourself


I'll try to help you with a few reasons why it's important to do it for yourself and not for someone else.

Your health is indispensable and you deserve to live a long, healthy and active life. Exercising regularly and taking care of your body helps prevent chronic diseases and increases your well-being.

When you invest in your own health, you'll see results and feel stronger from the inside out. This can help you feel more confident and boost your self-esteem. Just knowing your fit strong body under that thick winter jacket will boost your confidence more than you ever imagined. It can mean that you dare to stand up for yourself or speak out in situations where you would have otherwise kept quiet.
